For a couple of reasons...

The best rates are not always the rates for everyone. Why would you want to be quoted a rate without knowing if it's exactly for you?

As a planner that is 100% committed to all of his clients, the 'best rates' are an obvious given. I wouldn't be in business today if I was not able to offer you the best or the most competitive rates.

'Best rates' are not always the determining factor. Isn't Lowest Cost of Home Ownership the whole idea? There are so many factors that are behind the 'best rate' that may not make it that appealing. Call and ask!

It's more than rate. It's about continuous service, lowest cost of home ownership and someone that takes care of your needs and not the lenders/banks needs. With me you get all this plus MUCH MUCH more. One phone call and you'll see what I mean.
